We wanted to revisit some of the stories from the past year, ones that remind us that making the choice to live a healthier life is one you should make for yourself. This time around, were revisiting the stories of Tanisha, Kelly, Julie, and Kathryn, who chose to lose weight for themselves, and in turn were able to be there for others.
